It was 1977, and Miami Beach was in the midst of a renaissance. Long recognized as an international symbol of style and glamour, the area was bouncing back from a decline in the late 60s and early 70s. Renovation and revitalization projects were pumping new life into many of the classic hotels that dotted world famous Dade County byways from Ocean Drive to Lincoln Road, and Chanin Mechanical was there.

Founded by Drew Chanin, Chanin Mechanical was deeply involved in countless historic Art Deco district renovation projects, and it was during this time that they honed the problem solving and project execution skills that helped forge a reputation as Miami's leader in air conditioning sales, service, and installation. The lessons learned in these often difficult repairs and replacements have given Chanin customers unbeatable service for more than three decades.
